Abstract

Tuberculosis in India is still a major problem even after over 43 years of control programme. A majority of TB patients suffer from multidrug resistant  Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The present paper reports a rare incidence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in a case of chronic otitis media, an otological infection which has not been reported earlier.
